The authors are invited to submit the Full papers of the Research/Review Papers. The papers will be peer-reviewed and only the accepted and registered papers will be considered for presentation during the conference and publication in the proceedings.

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered for publication elsewhere.

The length of each paper should be 12 pages, including figures, tables, references.

The review process will be double-blind.

Authors must ensure submissions are free from plagiarism , self-plagiarism and AI Detector (Similarity Limit is Less than 10%, 0% AI content, and single source is maximum to 2%.).

All papers must be submitted online via Microsoft CMT Portal submission portal. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support. All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance and clarity.
